01 Bored cast-in-place friction pile project



A subway project in Xi'an, which has a total length of 34.2 kilometers and a total of 17 stations. It’s a rail transit express linking main urban area and Weibei area, which is of great significance to optimize the overall spatial layout of the city, realize the development strategy of crossing the Weihe River in the north, promote regional integration and development and accelerate industrial upgrading along the route.

The soil structure of the fine sand layer is prone to the risk of hole collapse during the lowering of the cage, Ougan customized the Multiple type Super cell with round-belt structure according to the actual situation of the project. Meantime, the on-site service engineer participated in the whole process of lowering the cage and then guiding the completion of lowering task in a short period of time through professional technical knowledge and solid basic skills. 02 Bored cast-in-place end-bearing pile project
A hospital project in Guizhou,which is the only comprehensive second-class general public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the county that integrates medical treatment, first aid, scientific research and teaching. It’s also a designated hospital of basic medical insurance for urban employees in Nayong county, for work-related injury insurance in Bijie city, for medical insurance for urban and rural residents, for driver physical examination, China Life Insurance Physical Examination Cooperative Hospital, China Armed Police General Hospital Remote Consultation Cooperation Hospital, and for Charity Medical Aid in Guizhou Province.

The project is an end-bearing pile and the calculation shows that the side resistance of the upper section of the pile is not enough to meet the requirements of BDSL test. Ougan adopts the combination method of BDSLT and Kentledge to effectively detect end resistance, side resistance and the bearing capacity of the whole pile.
03 Prestressed pipe pile project
A wharf project in Bengal is to build a 650-meter-long wharf in the port area, including steel-pipe pile, river revetment, slope revetment and breakwater and so on. After completion, it will greatly improve the cargo handling capacity of the port area and vigorously promote the economic development of the central region of Bangladesh.

When driving the pile, the super cell bears a large force and rebounds during the hammering process, so it should have good compression and tension performance with super quality and high strength and can’t be deformed or damaged. As pipeline installation is complicated and it requires high techniques to fix and protect pipeline in prestressed pipe pile, so it’s decided to do all installations in China.
04 Steel-pipe pile project
A port project in Guangxi province, it’s about 3.5 kilometers away from Beihai Power Plant in the northwest and about 1.4 kilometers away from the No. 1 and No. 2 berth project in Shitou Port Operation Area in the southwest. Also,two 100,000-ton bulk cargo berths will be constructed in this project.

Both the impact force of the hammering pile sinking and the resilience of the upper steel pipe pile will cause damage to the super cell. In order to ensure the resistance to compression and tension, we have strengthened the super cell structural force, improved the safety structure strength by more than two times and ensure the safety and reliability in the process of steel-pipe pile hammering down the cage.
05 CFA pile project
A housing construction project in Shandong withing the total planning land area of 95833㎡, it’s divided into south and north plots, the southern plot is planned as residential land and the northern plot is planned as commercial land. This planned construction area of office building is 58000㎡.

The biggest difficulty in implementing BDSLT of CFA pile is to overcome concrete resistance in the process of lowering the cage and ensure that the steel cage goes down to the bottom of the designed pile smoothly. So the shape of super cell adopts a special upper and lower round-belt combined with the flow-guiding structure. The belt structure can minimize the contact area with the concrete while ensuring the overall strength of the super cell and reduce the resistance of concrete in the process of lowering the cage. The conical flow guide structure increases the impact force of lowering the cage, which makes it a smooth solution to the problem of using the BDLST method for CFA pile.
Ougan Bi-directional static loading test method can not only be applied to bored cast-in-place pile, prestressed pipe piles, steel pipe piles and CFA piles, it also can be used on steel pipe piles combined with prefabricated pipe piles, underground diaphragm walls, caissons, special-shaped piles and raking piles etc..
