A Guided Factory Tour: An Insight into Load Cell Production

On the first day, the visit began with a detailed tour of our factory, where the production of our Super-Cell takes place. Our guests were given a close-up look at the raw materials, the production process, and the 12,000-ton pressure testing apparatus. The clients were deeply impressed by the clean and organized environment of our facility, the standardized welding processes, the intelligent production line, and the capability to perform remote load cell calibration and testing directly from the factory. The clients expressed their appreciation for the tour, noting that it provided them with a deep understanding of the technical processes behind the Super-Cell. Experiencing Self-Balancing Testing Technology On-Site

On the second day, to provide the South African clients with a more intuitive understanding of our self-balancing testing technology, they were guided by Ougan’s professional on-site service engineers to visit the urban rail projects in Huzhou and Hangzhou. There, they observed the entire process of welding, cage installation, and self-balancing testing of our Load-Cell. Despite the sweltering 39°C heat, the clients remained enthusiastic about learning and exchanging ideas. The dedication and technical expertise of our on-site engineers, along with the near-perfect displacement curves achieved during the load testing, were highly praised by the clients. They recognized its potential to address challenges in large-scale infrastructure projects in South Africa.
