Precast the bottom of Solid Super Cell

1. Upturn the solid cell and put it on even ground. In the meantime, hydraulic hose, connectors of grout pipe, rod extensometers etc. on the other side should be protected.
2. Pour concrete into cone-shape flow-guiding mechanism, and tamp with vibrating spear thoroughly – to make sure the concrete is stiffer than the pile shaft’s stiffness.
3. Cell should be left for the concrete to dry for at least 10 hours. Do not move the cell in the meantime.
